Grinding dust powder rubber production

The production makes the pulverization of any type of vulcanized rubber also manufacturing account.
The plants are furnished of recycling processes which allow to obtain powders in big quantities.
The machineries can produce powders with a granulometric curve less than 400 micron.

In our production standard we make available the following typologies in warehouse:

SBR Black 1712 0-600 micron
SBR Amber 1502 0-600 micron

EPDM Black 0-600 micron
EPDM Grey 0-600 micron

HS 65 Black 0-500 micron

The granulometries can be realized by request of the customer according to its own requirements.
Moreover, it can be made sreenings of calibration that allow to can use the product in specific applications.
