1. General Terms

You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

Returned products must be:

  • unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

  • in the same condition as received

  • in the original or equivalent packaging

  • complete with accessories and documentation

2. Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • custom-made or cut-to-size products

  • items damaged after delivery for reasons not attributable to PRISMI

  • installed, used, or modified products

  • materials no longer resellable due to improper storage or handling

3. Required documentation

To initiate a return, the customer must provide:

  • order number or proof of purchase

  • photos of the product and packaging in case of damage or non-conformity

  • a detailed explanation of the reason for the return

Do not ship any product without written authorization from our office.

4. Inspection and refunds

Once the returned goods are received, PRISMI will carry out a quality inspection. The customer will be notified of:

  • approval of the refund, or

  • rejection, if the product does not meet return conditions

If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

5. Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is attributable to PRISMI.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For bulky items or pallet returns, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service.

PRISMI is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Defective or damaged products

If the product is damaged or non-compliant, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the external packaging

  • delivery note number

If confirmed, PRISMI will replace or refund the product.
